HEALTH AND SAFETY

We are so excited to return to in-person conferences. Over the coming months we will monitor and adhere to all government and venue requirements. We will keep you informed of any changes via email.

We know that throughout the Covid-19 pandemic individual’s comfort levels vary as we begin to gather in-person again. Measures and venue features looked at by the organizers include the following:

  • Masks will be available for participants.
  • Additional hand sanitizer stations will be made available.
  • The main ballroom is a large, open space at 9000 ft2 with 22 foot ceilings, allowing adequate space for our expected number of participants.
  • There is a large, open space outside the main ballroom where participants can choose to consume food and beverage if they do not feel comfortable doing so in the main ballroom.
