Based in AHS’ Calgary offices, Kyle has appeared before every level of court in Alberta, as well as before numerous administrative bodies. He received his call to the Alberta Law Society in 2015, at which time he had a varied practice focused primarily on construction litigation and real estate transactions. He joined AHS in 2020, at the start of the pandemic, and his practice with AHS has focused on Environmental Public Health, Medical Affairs, and commercial disputes. He additionally responds to matters before the Human Rights Commission and the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
Born and raised in Alberta, Kyle obtained his Undergraduate degree with Distinction from the University of Lethbridge and worked in Calgary’s new home construction industry as a Marketing and Graphic Design Associate for 8 years before returning to University and obtaining his law degree from the University of Windsor. He prides himself on providing reliable and timely advice to his clients with a practical results-focused approach.
