Nelson Fok is a grumpy old man that used to work as the Provincial Manager, Scientific Advisory Team, Environmental Public Health with Alberta Health Services. He also taught at Concordia University of Alberta for 26 years, ruining many lives. He is a certified Public Health Inspector and obtained his graduate degree in Environmental Science from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Alberta, in the same year that Microsoft Window 1.0 was released.
